Civil society organisations in Mali are at the forefront of driving governance, accountability, and social impact; yet many face capacity gaps that limit their effectiveness.
This hands-on training in Bamako is designed to equip CSOs, youth-led groups, and media organisations with practical skills in organisational efficiency, strategic communication, and research development. Participants will gain tools to strengthen internal systems, improve programme delivery, and enhance evidence-based advocacy.
This training is organised by the West Africa CivicTech Network in collaboration with Tuwindi, bringing together regional expertise and local insight to strengthen the capacity of civil society actors in Mali.
