About Urban Alert

Urban Alert is interested in developing an automated call-in platform through which citizens will identify their problems and receive detailed information about the MDAs established to solve them. This information about the MDAs will include the name, office address, phone number and email address. Other tools proposed include The Bridger (chatbot), a high-tech but easy-to-use tool that will link citizens with the MDAs to solve their problems in real-time.
