Zahara Salawu is a communication professional whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and social impact. With almost half a decade of experience in the civic space, she has mastered turning complex civic issues into compelling narratives that inspire action.

Zahara plays a key role in developing and implementing effective communication to communicate Civic Hive’s programs and mission ways to keep participants engaged. Her work transformed these initiatives into models of youth leadership and innovative activism, establishing Civic Hive as a hub for nurturing emerging change agents.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication and Language Arts at the University of Ibadan, Zahara combines academic rigor with practical experience, employing a dynamic approach to communication. When she is not amplifying Civic Hive's voice and image, Zahara channels her creativity into fashion by designing pieces that empower women to feel more confident and fabulous in their everyday style.
