Olabisi Salaudeen is a recent graduate of Lagos State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.

Currently undertaking the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program at Civic Hive. where she’s learning about democratic actions, civic activism, transparency and youth development. She contributes to the overall program delivery and operations. This immersive experience allows her to gain practical work experience and contribute to Civic Hive's mission.

Olabisi is passionate about organizational development and people management. She is committed to building a career in human resource management, and enjoys exploring the intersection of people, culture, and organizations.
