Michaela is currently Senior Manager of Award Selection at Climate Breakthrough(CB), where she leads awardee selection for the Climate Breakthrough Award, the largest climate action grant for individuals. Climate Breakthrough funds innovative strategies in social, behavioral, economic, and policy change that can make a globally significant impact on carbon emissions: www.climatebreakthrough.org.

Her work focuses on sourcing incredible leaders and fostering ambitious climate mitigation solutions in her role with Climate Breakthrough. She works with candidates as they move through the CB process, manage CB’s network of scouts, and support candidates and awardees in their strategy development.
